Chef Tim is a classically trained chef who has worked under some of the best chefs in the world. After studying at top ranked Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park in New York, he cut his culinary teeth at Chef Daniel Boulud’s Michelin 3 Star culinary mecca, Restaurant Daniel, then for world renowned Chef Joel Robuchon at Michelin 2 Star L’atelier Joel Robuchon.
He has authored numerous published recipes and has made many media appearances, including PBS’s series “Movable Feast” by Fine Cooking magazine. In 2016, Tim was honored to be a presenting chef at the Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor Conference.
